PAPER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:
Conference materials will be published in the digest.
The report materials should be emailed; the committee confirms their receipt. The file format is *.doc. File name is the name of the first author (e.g., Zadorozhnyy.doc).
- Page limit: for the contributed papers the maximum is 4 pages of A4 (297x210 mm), orientation - portrait. Margins are: all 15 mm. Font: typeface - Times New Roman, size - 14p, line spacing - 1 (single), paragraphs - 10 mm. Editor: Microsoft Word in the DOC, RTF formats.
- Tables should have only portrait orientation (obligatory),the font size is 8-14 p.
- The names of figures should be present under graphic objects centered (obligatory demand).Complicated figures with a big number of objects and captions should be presented in bound form (grouped as a single object).Captions for graphs made in Excel should be presented at the bottom centered. Pictures should be in the BMP, TIFF, JPEG formats.
- Texts of the articles should be checked by authors for spelling and grammar errors (requirement).The articles should be published in author's edition.
- Summaries should be presented in two languages. The first summary - in English, the second - in Ukrainian or Russian (according to a principle of mutual complement to the language of the article).
- Keywords should be presented in the next line after the summary.
- Arrangement at a page: In the upper left corner is UDC (bold, no indentation). In the upper right corner are initials and surname of the author/authors (bold, italics). The next line - full name of organization, city, country (bold, italics, alignment on the right). Over a line - the report title in capital letters (bold, no indentation, centered). Below - the e-mail address of the author/authors (bold, italics, no indentation, centered).
Over a line - English summary (size - 12 p, bold, no indentation, justification). On the next line - key words in English (the first word is bold, italics, and the rest of words are boldface, italic, font size - 12 p, without indentation, justification).
Over a line - summary in Ukrainian or Russian (size - 12 p, bold, no indentation, justification). On the next line - key words in English (the first word is bold, italics, and the rest of words are boldface, italic, font size - 12 p, without indentation, justification).
Over a line from the paragraph, one should place text of the report (justification).
- Under the text, over a line, one must present references (size - 12 p, bold, italics, without indentation, justification); links to sources in the text should be made in square brackets [1].

Seventh Science Practice Conference
"NATIONAL MAPPING: CARTOGRAPHIC WORKS IN LEARNING AND REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT",
which is dedicated to the International Map Year and the 25th anniversary of the State Cartographic and Geodetic Service of Ukraine.
The conference will be held on October 27-28, 2016 in Kyiv
Conference Topics and Paper Themes:
- Methodological features of modern cartography.
- Learning and research of geospace (spatial data infrastructure, geospatial analysis, geovisualisation).
- Maps in formation of an information image of regions.
- Maps in education.
- New technologies in cartography.
Working languages: Ukrainian, Russian and English.

or submit in person to the committee:
- application form (attached);
- text material in electronic form, issued under the requirements (listed below);
- receipt (a copy) of the registration fee (should be paid after submission of text materials and confirmation of receipt by the organizing committee).
The organizing committee will not consider reports with topics not in line with the conference areas, and those that are presented without complying with the formalities or untimely.
Forms of participation in the conference: in person or by correspondence
Registration fee for participation in the conference is:
- in case of participation in person 20 USD (including costs for holding the conference and publication of materials);
- in case of participation by correspondence 10 USD (including cost of the digest; if necessary, for sending the digest by mail - 15 USD.).
Travel and accommodation costs are paid by the participants.
