Scientific employees of the Institute of Geography «Zhalyndy Geograftar» participated in the television project of the Kazakhstan channel «Singing Professions» and presented their talent to the people. They went to the next round and took their place in the audience hearts.

- Takibaev Zhasulan – is a research fellow at the Laboratory of Glaciology;
- Nurkisa Assiya – is a research fellow at the Laboratory of Geographic Information Systems;
- Viktoria Krylova – is a research fellow at the Laboratory of Landscape Studies and Problems of Nature Management;
- Ismukhanova Laura – is a research fellow at the Laboratory of Hydrochemistry and Environmental Toxicology;
- Kitapbaev Almas – is a research fellow at the Laboratory of geomorphology and geoinformation kartography.
