On March 11-12, 2021 in Almaty, JSC “Institute of Geography and Water Security” of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea, the Institute of Hydrogeology and Geoecology named after I. MIND. Akhmedsafin, Kazakh Research Institute of Water Management, Kazakh-German University, Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh. Dulati., “International Scientific and Practical Conference“ WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZATION ”, dedicated to the 105th anniversary of the birth of Professor L.Ye. Tazhibaev was held.
The conference was devoted to the discussion of topical problems in water management and agricultural science in the era of digitalization and modernization of public consciousness in the context of economic globalization.
The conference was attended by leaders and experts from SIC ICWC, IFAS, Non-commercial JSC «National Agrarian Science and Educational Centre» Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Committee on Water Resources of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scientists and experts from leading foreign universities and research centers from more than 30 countries of the world - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Israel, Italy, China, Kingdom of the Netherlands, Malaysia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, USA, Turkey, France, Switzerland, CIS countries and other representatives of financial and business structures, industry associations, universities, research institutes, agricultural formations , various organizations of the agrarian sector of the republic.
